ARA Choreographs: BeatZone Show
- May 15
- 1 min read

It's that time of the year again: training professionally within our dance style!
Shuffle Dance and Cutting Shapes performed on stage by young, talented dancers.
In May and June last year, Soof got the opportunity to choreograph for a driven group of 60 dancers. From age 8 till 19.
These dancers were completely new to both styles last year. Now, this year, they improved already so much compared to last year. Every year these hard working dancers will get better.
With a limited time of just a few trainings, they managed to do not just one, but five pieces of Shuffle Dance, Cutting Shapes and Konijnendans.
This choreography was made for a powerful storyline within the show. The stomping and the sharp shapes were a perfect match to express rage and anger in the fight between the two groups in the performance.
As we know, this dance style contains complex footwork technique that can't be executed perfectly after just a few hours. And this group outdid all expectations. Our community of Ravers will be coming to see the show again this year. They have our full support.
The show is on June 12th -
