Registration
- The participant is aware of the general terms and conditions of Amsterdam Ravers Academy when registering and will act according to those. The terms and conditions can always be found on the website.
- From registration on is an agreement between Amsterdam Ravers Academy and the participant for an indefinite period of time regarding the monthly subscription.
- The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled via email by the student. A notice period of one month is observed for this before the extension.
- After the extension of the subscription, a notice period of one month is observed. This must be submitted by email before the first of the month.
Example 1: If the participant has unsubscribed in writing via email on January 1st, his/her subscription will expire on February 28th.
Example 2: If the participant has unsubscribed in writing by e-mail on December 31st, his/her subscription will expire on January 31st.
- Cancellations via WhatsApp or other social media are not considered official cancellations. This should always be done via email to info@amsterdamraversacademy.com
- A one-time fee of €12.50 will be charged for registration.
- Your registration and subscription are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Contribution
- After registration you authorize Amsterdam Ravers Academy to continuously debit an amount until you withdraw the authorization via email.
- The amount will be debited from your account around the 22nd. Payment must be made in advance by direct debit. So you pay January 22 for the month of February.
- If a direct debit is canceled 3 times or more, a one-off extra amount of €30.00 will be charged. The deposited amounts must also still be paid.
- Trial lessons are deducted from the monthly amount.
- By signing the registration form you agree to the rules of authorization.
- When registering a minor (under the age of 18), a signature of a parent/guardian/client is required.
- There are no refunds on tuition fees.
- In the event of late payment, Amsterdam Ravers Academy has the right to refuse the participant in the lesson/workshop or course.
- The duration of the lesson is 90 minutes unless otherwise indicated in the lesson.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy reserves the right to unilaterally adjust the tuition fees annually.
- The dance studio is allowed to deny the participant access to the dance studio in the event of non-payment and/or misconduct.
- If a summer schedule/program is offered, these lessons are not included in the usual tuition fees.
General
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy has the right to refuse access to a lesson, workshop or course without stating reasons.
- In case of insufficient registrations, Amsterdam Ravers Academy can unilaterally decide to cancel lesson, workshop or course.
- Participants who register for a subscription must sign out no later than 3 hours before the start of the lesson if they are unable to attend. This should be done by email or by phone/texting the teacher.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy mainly keeps participants informed via the website, Instagram, Facebook, e-mail and WhatsApp.
- It is possible that photos and/or videos are made during the lesson, workshop, course, performance or competitions. By signing the registration form you agree that these images may be used on social media, posters, websites or other publicity purposes.
- Any costs that arise when participating in competitions or events are for the participant himself.
- When the costs of the dance school increase, this will be passed on in the contribution. You will be notified of this.
- The general terms and conditions can be unilaterally adjusted by Amsterdam Ravers Academy. You will be notified of this.
- As soon as Amsterdam Ravers Academy is in possession of your email address, it can be used for newsletters, communication and promotional purposes.
Liability
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during, before, or after the lessons, workshops, or courses. If the participant suffers from an injury, he/she must report this to the teacher before participating in the lesson.
- In case of illness and/or condition, the participant must inform the dance school in writing prior to participating in all activities of the dance school.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is not liable for the loss or damage of property, or any theft.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is not liable for damage and/or costs resulting from the cancellation of lessons, workshops, or courses.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is not liable for damage caused by the participants themselves to the room or accommodation, these are at the participant's own expense.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is not liable for changes in lesson times and/or dance styles on the day that the participant is assigned in case of force majeure, teacher absence, or other unforeseen events.

Inschrijving
- De deelnemer is bij het inschrijven op de hoogte van de algemene voorwaarden van Amsterdam Ravers Academy en handelt hiernaar. Deze is altijd te vinden op de website.
- Vanaf de inschrijving bestaat er een overeenkomst tussen Amsterdam Ravers Academy en de deelnemer voor onbepaalde tijd wat betreft het maandabonnement.
- Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij het schriftelijk wordt opgezegd of veranderd. Hiervoor wordt een opzeggingstermijn van een maand in acht genomen vóór de verlening.
- Na verlening wordt er een opzegtermijn van één maand in acht genomen. Deze moet vóór de eerste van de maand via email zijn doorgeven.
Voorbeeld 1: Heeft de deelnemer zich schriftelijk via de mail afgemeld op 1 januari dan zal zijn/haar abonnement aflopen op 28 februari.
Voorbeeld 2: Heeft de deelnemer zich schriftelijk via de mail op 31 december afgemeld dan loopt zijn/haar abonnement af op 31 januari.
- Opzeggingen via WhatsApp of andere sociale media worden niet gezien als officiële opzegging. Deze dient altijd te worden gedaan via email naar info@amsterdamraversacademy.com
- Voor inschrijving wordt éénmalig €12,50 in rekening gebracht.
- Je inschrijving en abonnement is strikt persoonlijk en niet overdraagbaar.
Contributie
- U machtigt Amsterdam Ravers Academy, na inschrijving, om doorlopend een bedrag af te schrijven, totdat u zelf de machtiging schriftelijk intrekt.
- Het bedrag wordt rond de 22e afgeschreven van uw rekening. Betaling dient te geschieden vooraf via automatische incasso. U betaalt dus 22e januari voor de maand februari.
- Wordt een automatische incasso 3 keer of meer gestorneerd dan wordt er eenmalig een extra bedrag in rekening gebracht van €30,00. Tevens moeten de gestorneerde bedragen alsnog betaald worden.
- Proeflessen wordt van het maandbedrag afgehaald.
- Met het ondertekenen van het inschrijvingsformulier gaat u akkoord met de regels van het machtigen.
- Bij inschrijving van een minderjarige (onder de 18 jaar) is een handtekening van een ouder/verzorger/opdrachtgever vereist.
- Er wordt geen restitutie op lesgelden gegeven.
- Bij niet tijdige betaling heeft Amsterdam Ravers Academy het recht om de deelnemer te weigeren in de les/workshop, of cursus.
- De duur van de les is 90 minuten mits anders wordt aangegeven in de les.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy behoudt zich het recht voor om jaarlijks de lesgelden eenzijdig aan te passen.
- De dansstudio is bijgevoegd bij wanbetaling en/of wangedrag de deelnemer toegang tot de dansstudio te ontzeggen.
- Indien een zomerrooster/programma wordt aangeboden vallen deze lessen buiten het gebruikelijke lesgeld.
Algemeen
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy heeft het recht om zonder opgaaf van redenen personen de toegang tot een les, workshop of cursus te weigeren.
- Bij onvoldoende aanmeldingen kan door Amsterdam Ravers Academy eenzijdig besloten worden om de les, workshop of cursus niet door te laten gaan.
- Deelnemers die zich inschrijven voor een abonnement dienen zich uiterlijk 3 uur voor aanvang van de les zich af te melden als zij verhinderd zijn. Dit dient te gebeuren via mail of bij de docent.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy houdt deelnemers voornamelijk op de hoogte via de website, Instagram, Facebook, e-mail en WhatsApp.
- Het is mogelijk dat er tijdens de les, workshop, cursus, optreden of wedstrijden foto’s en/of video’s worden gemaakt. Bij het ondertekenen van het inschrijfformulier gaat u ermee akkoord dat deze beelden gebruikt mogen worden op social media, posters, websites of andere publicitaire doeleinden.
- De eventuele kosten die ontstaan bij deelname aan wedstrijden of evenementen zijn voor de deelnemer zelf.
- Wanneer de kosten van de dansschool stijgen, zal dit doorberekend worden in de contributie. U wordt hiervan op de hoogte gesteld.
- De algemene voorwaarden kunnen door Amsterdam Ravers Academy eenzijdig aangepast worden. U wordt hiervan op de hoogte gesteld.
- Zodra Amsterdam Ravers Academy in bezit is van uw email adres kan dit gebruikt worden voor nieuwsbrieven, communicatie en promotiedoeleinden.
Aansprakelijkheid
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele blessures of ongevallen die tijdens, voor of na de lessen, workshops of cursussen mochten ontstaan. Indien de deelnemer last heeft van een blessure dient hij/zij voor het deelnemen aan de les dit te melden bij de docent.
- Bij ziekte en/of aandoening dient de deelnemer dit voorafgaand aan deelname van alle activiteiten van de dansschool schriftelijk kenbaar te maken aan de dansschool.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is niet aansprakelijk voor het kwijtraken of beschadigingen van eigendommen, of eventuele diefstal.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is niet aansprakelijk voor schade en/of kosten voortvloeiend uit annulering van lessen, workshops of cursussen.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die door de deelnemers zelf wordt aangebracht aan de zaal of accommodatie, deze zijn voor eigen kosten van de deelnemer.
- Amsterdam Ravers Academy is niet aansprakelijk voor verandering van lestijden en/of dansstijlen op de dag dat de deelnemer is ingedeeld in geval van overmacht, uitval docent of andere onvoorziene gebeurtenissen.
