We’ll focus on smooth transitions, natural flow, and drilling combos to build control, speed, and dynamic movement. You’ll learn how to blend these two styles to make your dance more powerful and unpredictable.

For the last 30 minutes, we’ll dive into freestyle, applying one of the combos you learned, because training isn’t just about learning moves, it’s about making them your own.
